Returns:
If you wish to return an item, please adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Ensure that the item is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Provide proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt, to facilitate the return process.
  • Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or alternative product:

  • Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the exchange process.
  • Ensure that the item is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Provide proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt, to facilitate the exchange process.
  • Once your exchange request is approved, we will assist you in selecting the replacement item.

Refunds:
Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. Once approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 3 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider's policies.

Shipping:
Shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging an item will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return or exchange is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
